BuzzFest

An annual festival highlighting the importance of sustainability

Buzzfest celebrates sustainability, biodiversity and circularity across Dublin 7.

It is a special community festival organised by Phibsboro Village Tidy Towns held in September each year. The venue is the grounds of St Peter's Church in Phibsboro.

2024 will be our eighth year holding the annual festival. Events include a repair café, sustainable energy advice, a clothes swap, a pond building workshop, the ancient practice of the Blessing of the Bees, music and food.

Special guests included representatives from DCC Biodiversity, Dublin Commuter Coalition, Local Authority Waters Programme — LAWPRO, Bí Urban and Connecting Cabra.

Sincere thanks to the Parish of St Peter's for hosting the festival in the church gardens and to Panama Scout Hall for supporting the Clothes Swap event and workshop.
