Phibsboro' Village Tidy Towns (PVTT) aims to keep Phibsborough looking as clean and litter free as possible.

Working with our sponsors, we encourage improvements in the area. Our monthly clean-ups have led us to winning the title of Dublin City Council Team Clean-up for the North-West area in early 2018.

Our monthly clean-ups usually take place from 10am to 12pm and cover a wide area of Phibsborough village and are followed by some well deserved refreshments.  The Clean-ups remind local businesses and residents that keeping our village tidy is a joint responsibility.

In 2019,  girls from St Mary's HFC joined us each week as part of their Transition Year programme and boys from St.Vincents Secondary School also supported us with weekly clean-ups around the Harts Corner area.

Although great efforts are made each month, dumping, littering and cigarette butts still pose big issues for Phibsborough.
